Pics from July

I better get bloggin' those last 2 summer months that just flew on by - Since Trent is flying right into Fall!! (Notice the change in the background and the header he changes for me - Thanks babe! Cute as always!) We absolutely love fall, but let's backup to some pics from the summer:

BEAR LAKE
I guess I don't have many pics from Bear Lake on my camera this year. My kids LOVE the annual trip to Bear Lake with the Menlove Family. They start counting the days 'til "beach day" in May each year. Thank you to all the Menlove's who make this such a fun yearly event for my family!!

Some cute pics of the boys 4th of July Weekend
(Thayne, Tyler, Tanner)

The hot days in the front yard with some water, the girls next door and Teagan just enjoying watching all the excitement!!

Lagoon Day

OC Tanner Lagoon Day was a rainy, cold day this year...BUT we decided to go check it out anyhow. A good time was still had by all and there was no lines!! I did feel a little bad when we got home that night and the boys socks were soaked!!

Teagan all bundled up enjoyed all the lights and sounds.

Thayne and Mom (with my cold red nose)

Notice the boys wet pants up to their knees.
Below is a flash back to their 1st Lagoon Day 4 years ago....
My have they grown...no more kiddie rides...

Father's Day

Happy Father's Day Honey!!
We love you so much and you are such a great Dad.

Here's another flashback...

We've been going through old pictures and we just love looking at them and can't believe how much our cute little boys have grown. Just thought I would try to share a few of them as I post...(above: Twins are 5 months old; Tanner 3 years old - Father's Day 2004)
Father's Day 2010

This year at school Tanner wrote a letter to his hero, he wrote it to his Dad. I think it is so sweet and is perfect for Father's Day - I didn't know if you would be able to read the scan of the letter - so I'll just type what it says (spelling and all).

You are Awesum, you are the best. I love you Dad for all the things you do. You play wheth me, you love me, you bye me stuf and help me when I need it. You let us stay up on Friday and watch movies - You Rock!!

We love you Trent!!

Teagan at TWO months

What happen to my baby?

Mr Chubbers weighed in at 14lbs at his 2 month appointment!
And also grew 2" longer. None of our boys ever grew at this rate. I just don't think he wants to be the "littlest" little brother. He is giving us so much love by smiling and "cooing" at us each day -
I just wish he could stay this size for a few years!!

Graduation

Tyler, Mrs. Lawerence, and Thayne.
It rained for field day, but graduation day it was "hot". Ty and Thayne were so patient waiting for their graduation bag - they were the very last ones!
This is them performing the song "5 little monkeys".

I can't believe my twiners are out of kindergarten!! They had such a fun year and learned so much. They are becoming such good readers, and of course loved art and recess!! Every morning they ask if today is the day for 1st grade - I hope when that day comes they are still excited to go:)

Teagan at ONE month

Since Teagan loves to be held, Trent purchased this sling and Teagan just curls up and enjoys the ride and closeness.
He thinks he is so big already and loves to sit up and watch those brothers as they whiz on by.
This is Teagan's one month picture with Edward (Mom's bear she's had since before any of her boy's were born). Edward is sporting a 3-6 month outfit of Teagan's - I wonder how long before this big boy will be wearing it.

Buffalo Point Fun Run

We participated in a little 1 mile fun run fundraiser at the school this year. The boys did awesome and thought it was cool that they gave medals at the end of the race. We thought the 1 mile would wear them out, but after the race they wanted to go get in line for the 5K - maybe next year :)

Kindergarten Program

Ty and Thayne's end of year program was so cute. It was an "Old West" program. Ty had a little part and did so well. They both danced and sang their little hearts out. You'll have to ask them to sing "You got a friend in me" from Toy Story with the actions next time you see them. I love their "tough guy" smiles in their Wanted posters.

Soccer, Soccer, and more Soccer

The boys all played soccer this season, so it was 4 nights of soccer a week...me and Teagan usually watched the games from the front seat of the van.

Tanner (#6) was really fun to watch this season playing on a bigger field and learning positions. Their team really worked hard and won every game!

Tyler (#9) and Thayne (#10) were the best little kickers on their team. There was lots of running around in the "swarm"; and no games won, but they didn't care they were having fun!!

Time Flying By

April and May have just flown on by and soon I will be working full-time back at the office (so sad). I have been working full-time from home this month and it's been crazy, but I have really enjoyed some home time with the boys. All those projects I told everyone I would accomplish - NO none of them got done!! Just doing all the norm of keeping up with the laundry, meals, baths, school projects, soccer games, and.... the best new thing...holding a baby who LOVES to be held is all that was accomplished...and that's ok.

The Love of Brothers

Thayne Andrew
So excited to come to the hospital to hold his new baby brother. "I just can't wait for him to eat applesauce and crawl"

Tanner Jay
Tanner wasn't quite sure of another baby in the beginning but has turned into such a great helper and "protector" of his brother. Cute smile Tanner, Teagan not so happy.

Tyler Brayden
He loves, loves this Teagan baby. "I just want to kiss him all the time"

Our New Addition

Teagan Governor

Born: March 31st ~ 8:41pm
8 lbs 9oz ~ 21 inches long

Yes it's true ~ our home has another little boy in it and he is as cute as ever. Teagan is growing big, and has been very good while his Mom recovers. He looks very much like his oldest brother Tanner at this age. Tanner also weighed 8 lbs 9oz at birth - it's like Teagan is his "twin" just born 9 years apart.

The Name
Teagan (said like "Tee-gan")has been on my list of T's names since we found out that we were going to be having another boy. As the pregnancy progressed I began to like it more and more and in the end I just really felt it should be his name. Trent wasn't as convinced until he looked into it more and found out that it's an Irish name meaning "Good Looking". Trent loves celtic things and has family from Ireland a few generations back so he ended up liking Teagan as well.

Governor is Trent's grandpa's name. He was an amazing man and I thought it would be awesome to name this last little one after him.

A new start

Here's to a new beginning! I am a horrible blogger and I apologize to all the family and friends who check the site for updates in our lives and to no avail there is nothing ever there!! Thanks so much to Trent for the posts made in 2009. Just think if I can do more than 9 post this year - it would be an improvement :) Pretty sad I know.
